Mid-spec Nissan Qashqai ST+ added to existing line-up between the ST and ST-L from $30,790+ORC.

The Nissan Qashqai ST+ follows on from the recent introduction of the Pathfinder ST+ and sess the Qashqai range flesh out to four variants. The ST+ sits between the entry-level ST and the mid-spec ST-L.

Priced from $30,790+ORC the ST+ offers a 7.0-inch touchscreen with digital radio, satellite navigation with traffic alert, a 360-degree surround view camera with Moving Object Detection, power-fold and heated door mirrors, and privacy glass. Other standard features are the same as the entry ST variant which includes push button start and more, autonomous emergency braking is also standard.

In announcing the launch of the ST+, Nissan Australia managing director Stephen Lester said, “Reducing the gap between the QASHQAI ST and ST-L will please many of our buyers who wanted more than what we offered on the entry grade, but weren’t in the market for a higher spec vehicle”.

There’s only one engine available across the range, a 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine making 106kW and 200Nm of torque. A CVT is standard while a manual transmission is available on the entry-level ST.
