The new Volvo V90 Cross Country has been teased on the brand’s Facebook and will be revealed in full later this month.

THE VOLVO V90 Cross Country has been teased on the brand’s Facebook page following a teaser video last week that charted the development of Volvo’s rough road wagons. The caption accompanying the image said: “Adventure that knows no limits”.

The V90 Cross Country will be revealed either later this week or early next week. Volvo has said previously that the V90 Cross Country will complete its range of 90 series vehicles. There will be no S90 Cross Country.

Håkan Samuelsson, President & CEO, Volvo Car Group, said: “Cross Country has become the true expression of a Volvo car in many peoples’ eyes. It was a winning concept from the start, perfect for the tough climate and road conditions that we experience in Sweden.”

As it has been with Cross Country models in the past, you can expect to see the new V90 Cross Country come with a higher ride height, external body cladding and front and rear skid/bash plates. An all-wheel drive system will also be fitted.
