The 2016 Honda CR-V Series II 4WD limited edition has been released and is on-sale now selling from $35,690 driveaway.

The 2016 Honda CR-V Series II is now available in a limited-edition 4WD variant from $35,690 and is on-sale now. Based on the VTi variant it’s priced at a $1700 premium over that model but gets 18-inch alloy wheels, fog lights, side steps, front and rear parking sensors to help navigate tight spaces, dusk-sensing automatic headlights, rain-sensing wipers and a red Limited Edition badge.

It also features Honda’s LaneWatch blind spot monitoring system, which provides the driver with a view of traffic in the blind spot of the passenger side through a camera in the passenger door mirror. This is shown in real-time on the seven-inch touch screen in the centre stack.

“The Honda CR-V pioneered the SUV category in Australia and has continued to be a strong contender in one of the most crowded segments in the market,” Honda Australia Director, Stephen Collins said.  “After the success we’ve had with the two-wheel drive Limited Edition, it was an easy decision to add a four-wheel drive Limited Edition to the range.”
