The all-new 2017 Jeep Compass has been revealed in Brazil where the vehicle will be built.

THE ALL-NEW 2017 JEEP COMPASS will get its global debut in November at the LA Motor Show, but it was revealed today in Brazil. The new Compass will be built at FCA’s Jeep Assembly Plant in Brazil where production of the new SUV began.

In a short statement to the media, Jeep said the Compass was based on a global platform, meaning all markets will get the same vehicle, and would be offered with 17 engine options for consumers and sold in more than 100 countries.

“The all-new Jeep Compass expands the brand’s global reach with an unmatched combination of attributes that includes legendary and best-in-class 4×4 off-road capability, advanced fuel-efficient powertrains, premium and authentic Jeep design, superior on-road driving dynamics, open-air freedom, and a host of safety and advanced technology offerings,” Jeep said.

FCA Australia has confirmed the all-new Compass will arrive in Australia late next year (2017). More information will be revealed in November at the LA Motor Show.
