Fiat has been tight-lipped about the 500X but has finally released a 39-second teaser of the thing. It will be revealed at the 2014 Paris Motor Show.

FIAT HAS RELEASED a 39-second teaser video of its upcoming 500X an alleged platform-mate to the upcoming Jeep Renegade. The Fiat 500X will be revealed in full at the 2014 Paris Motor Show.

Until the release of this short clip that, if we’re honest, doesn’t show a hole lot, Fiat has had its lips zipped on what we should expect from the 500X, its new mini-CUV. The glimpse of the car shows a few styling features… it appears to borrow more from the standard 500, although the front looks like its been toughened up significantly – to my eyes, there are hints of Mini All4 Countryman. And, despite riding higher, the glasshouse looks more pronounced. We’ll let you take a look for yourself.
