The new Mazda2 which is on-sale now has copped a raft of active safety features and a new model.

In ANCAP rating released overnight, both the 2015 Mazda2 and CX-3 have been awarded a 5 star rating, while the 2015 Audi TT managed just 4 stars.

Almost 12 months after the Mazda2 hatch arrived in Australia, the 2015 Mazda2 sedan is now on-sale with prices starting from $14,990 (+ORC).
