These are the first reportedly official pictures of the new Alfa Romeo 4C Spider have appeared online ahead of a possible reveal at the Detroit Motor Show.
THE MUCH-ANTICIPATED Alfa Romeo 4C Spider was caught last month shooting a TV commercial and now supposedly official images have been leaked online. It’s expected that Alfa-Romeo will reveal the 4C at the Detroit Motor Show this week.
As seen in the spy pics from last month, the transition from concept to production has seen very few changes made to the 4C Spider, which will go on-sale later this year. More than that, the 4C Spider stands out from its hard-headed sibling via re-styled headlights and an air intake on the left-hand side of the car. At the back (the 4C is mid-engined) is expected to sit a 1.75-litre turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine with 177kW and 350Nm of torque.
