Nissan has announced Navara SL, ST and ST-X model variants (4×2 and 4×4) will begin arriving in Australia with a new 8.0-inch infotainment system boasting Apple and Android connectivity.

The Nissan Navara SL, ST, and ST-X variants have been upgraded with a new infotainment system boasting Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The all-new Alliance In-Vehicle Infotainment (AIVI) system measure 8.0-inches; this replaces the 5.0-inch unit on SL and 7.0-inch on ST and ST-X. The CD player has been deleted from the unit.

The SL variant relies on smartphone-based navigation while ST and ST-X variants feature a TomTom system.

Beyond the infotainment, SL, ST and ST-X have also had a minor exterior upgrade with the headlamp bezel updated from silver to black. On ST grades, the side steps are now finished in black. Pricing is unchanged.
