Avida Eyre slide out motorhome revealed
The Avida Eyre slide out motorhome has been revealed which adds to the new Esperance and Birdsville models launched earlier this year.
AS PART OF AVIDA RV’S 50-year anniversary (Avida was formerly Winnebago RV Australia), the Australian-owned company that produces a range of motorhomes, camper vans and caravans has released its latest model, the Avida Eyre Slideout Motorhome.
The Avida Eyre slide out motorhome offers sleeping for three and joins the other B-type Eyre variants released earlier this year, called the Esperance and a new Birdsville model. The Avida Eyre slide out motorhome is built onto a Fiat Ducato chassis which runs a 3.0L turbo-diesel engine and means this new model only requires a standard car licence to operate.
Avida’s Sales and Marketing Manager Billy Falconer said “We are thrilled to now include a slide out into the ever popular Eyre range, giving the kitchen and lounge area even more space”.
In a short statement, Avida said: “The 2015 slide out model Eyre now provides customers with more choice, with a variety of floor plans, the choice of single beds or the low down island bed, it is available in a white or silver cab, you can also choose from 3 exterior fibreglass colours, 13 fabric collections, 3 benchtop colours and 13 external decal colours”.
The Eyre slide out model offers a walk-in wardrobe, plenty of storage space both inside and out, new Shannon Oak 3D vinyl surface interior cupboards with two tone cabinet doors throughout, mood lighting, a kitchen that gets a recessed four-burner cooktop (3 gas + 1 electric) with glass lid for extra bench space and a large 190L 2 door AES fridge.
Avida hasn’t mentioned pricing for the Eyre slide out model, and recommends either visiting its website where you can punch in your details for a location-based price, or visit one of its dealerships.
