With its official reveal expected this month, the 2016 Toyota Fortuner has been spied on the back of a transporter in Thailand trying to hide amongst HiLuxes.

THE 2016 TOYOTA FORTUNER will be revealed in full this month, and Toyota Australia has already, according to reports, put its hand high in the air to take the virtual HiLux twin-under-the-skin. While details are still pretty thin, we can expect it to run the same engine and transmission line-up as the HiLux.

The photos were taken by Thailand-based HeadLight Mag forum which claims the Fortuner was being transferred ahead of its regional debut next week. The site also managed to get its hands on some, what appear to be press shots of the new Fortuner, but they’re so blurry they look like they’ve been taken with a camera that had vaseline smeared across the lens.
