The 2016 Mitsubishi Challenger has been spied again giving us the best look yet at the medium off-roader.

The 2016 Mitsubishi Challenger has been snapped testing again although this time overseas sites are mistaking it for the Pajero. It isn’t.

These images were published on World Car Fans and give a great look at the shape of the new Challenger which was also, recently, spotted on the road in Adelaide.

Like the Ford Ranger and Everest relationship, the Mitsubishi Triton and Challenger are virtual twins under the skin with a few notable differences, the main one being the Challenger will likely carry coil springs at the rear rather than the leaf springs on the Triton.

Also, the Challenger looks to have taken its front-end styling inspiration from the soon-to-launch 2016 Outlander. Beyond this we don’t know a whole lot about the new Challenger, but expect more information to dribble out as we get closer to the launch later this year.
