Vic Roads already offers Ford oriented commemorative numberplates and will add Ford Mustang Plates to the range on November 25.
VIC ROADS HAS announced it will add Ford Mustang numberplates to its Ford range of plates which include plates for Ford Performance Vehicles (FPV) and Ford Commemorative plates. Ford Australia requested the development of this number plate to commemorate the iconic Mustang which is due for release in December, Vic Roads said.
The Mustang plates were designed in consultation with Ford Australia and Mustang enthusiasts’ feedback. There will be two Mustang plate colours available for customers to choose from. Mustang plates will be the same size as Custom Plates’ USA plates – 305mm (w) x 155mm (h).
It will cost Mustang fans $195 to restyle their existing combination to a Mustang plate or $495 for a Mustang plate with a new combination.
