The refreshed 2020 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport will be revealed in Thailand on 25 July boasting styling tweaks from the Triton.

The refreshed 2020 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport will be revealed on 25 July in Thailand, where it’s built. While Mitsubishi is remaining tight-lipped on the changes to the Pajero Sport, we know from numerous spy photos and even the teaser image above that it’ll boast styling tweaks bringing it in line with the current Triton.

Accompanying the image, Mitsubishi said: “The new Pajero Sport will offer further improvements to its design, convenience, comfort, and quality”.

We can suggest the refreshed Pajero Sport will get a new front and rear bumper and maybe some extra creases in the body work, some LED lights but that’s probably about it. Like the Triton (compared to the old one) it’ll likely be, according to the tape measure, identical to the current Pajero Sport. On the inside, we’ll likely see greater use of soft touch materials and active safety features.

As for the engine, it’ll likely be the same and cop the same tweaks as the Triton which didn’t increase output but made it smoother and more fuel efficient.

If we learn more before the reveal later this month well make sure we share it with you. Stay tuned.
