Oops. All-New Toyota Supra accidentally revealed by Toyota Germany?

Toyota Germany may have just made a boo-boo by allegedly releasing images of the all-new Supra to people signing up to receive more information about the thing.

Set to be revealed at the Detroit Motor Show in January, Toyota has carefully constructed its leaks and teasers of the all-new Toyota Supra; a vehicle that was jointly developed with BMW. Now, a bunch of Supra fans in Germany who’ve signed up to receive more information about the Supra are reporting being sent the above and below image. The images were posted to (SupraMkV.com).

Soon after it was realised that uncamouflaged images had hit the Interweb, Toyota Germany swapped the welcome pic from the two here to this one:

This ‘leak’ follows on from a couple of other unofficial leaks with a spy shot of an uncamouflaged Supra in a container and a parts catalogue site leaking a shot and detailing wheel sizes.

The Supra will hit the market soon after its reveal at the Detroit Motor Show with Toyota confirming deliveries would begin early in 2019. Recently, a production mule was in Australia to undergo final suspension and steering tuning ahead of production with Supra boss, Tetsuya Tada in Oz to oversee testing.

Tada said, “Working on aspects of handling and other details here in Australia allows us to make refinements that will result in a better car right up until production starts in the first part of next year.”
