Following in the bricks of the recent Lego Mini Cooper comes this ultra realistic looking Lego Ferrari F40 which will go on-sale around the world in August.

THE LEGO FERRARI F40 will go on-sale around the world on 1 August with a retail price of $129.99. With more than 1100 pieces, the Lego Ferrari F40 is likely to become this year’s hottest Lego gift. From the Lego Creator Expert series, the F40 gets pop-up headlights, side air intakes and a vented rear hatch that lifts up to expose the V8 engine. The twin-turbo V8 can be removed from the engine bay for closer inspection – once you’ve built it, of course.
