There may be a missing bolt on the rear seatbelt buckle.

Holden RG Colorados from MY12 to MY16 fitted with second-row jump seats should have two bolts through the seatbuckle fastener.  Some vehicles have just the one.

Holden will write to all owners to notify them about what they need to do, but by now many vehicles will be on second owners or beyond. You can find your nearest Holden dealer via this web page.
