A video has surfaced on YouTube showing a camouflaged 2016 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 possibly packing 447kW/582Nm – it will be released in 2015.

A VIDEO HAS appeared on YouTube showing a camouflaged 2016 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350, and while it initially seems to suffer from engine problems it eventually gets going and sounds amazing even through the tinny smartphone microphone.

The Mustang footage was captured by YouTube user John F Keep while attending a car meet in Michigan. Details are thin on the ground, but it’s not the first video we’ve seen of the 2016 Mustang Shelby – it’s also been spotted running around the Nurburgring in Germany.

Reports suggest the 2016 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 will be packing a naturally-aspirated 5.2-litre V8 that might produce around 447kW and 582Nm. This vehicle is expected to be revealed in 2015, possibly as early as the Detroit Motor Show.
