Subaru has released teaser images of its 2015 Subaru Forester STi which will be revealed in full on 25 November.
SUBARU OVERNIGHT has revealed a handful of teaser images spruiking its 2015 Subaru Forester STi. Looking at the pics it appears to follow the design of the Subaru Forester STi tS which was shown last month at the Japan Motorsport Festival (see pic below).
While there’s speculation online that this new model might make it to markets around the world the chances are probably slim given that Subaru has tended to keep previous generation Forester STis for the Japanese Domestic Market.
Details are pretty slim, although Subaru has revelaed that the 2015 Forester STi will get a chunky bodykit, bigger STi brakes, bigger alloy wheels, and an STi suspension set-up. This teaser model is shown painted in Galaxy Blue Pearl paint.
There’s no word on power but there’s every chance it’ll run the same 2.5-litre Boxer four-cylinder as the WRX STi although detuned slightly. We’ll know more soon enough. Stay tuned.
