2015 Jeep Wrangler Freedom Edition on-sale in Australia

The 2015 Jeep Wrangler Freedom Edition is available again in Australia from $38,500 (+ORC), offering styling tweaks and improved kit.

FCA AUSTRALIA HAS announced the Wrangler Freedom Edition is back with “upgraded standard equipment” while the interior and exterior treatment is the same. Only 200 will be available and are on-sale now, with the Wrangler Freedom Edition two-door listing for $38,500 (+ORC) and the Freedom Unlimited four-door from $42,500 (+ORC).

Based on the Wrangler Sport 3.6-litre V6 automatic and available in two- and four-door Unlimited variants, the Wrangler Freedom Edition gets a ‘Freedom Star’ emblazoned on the bonnet, while the normally black fenders are body colour, with the grille and side steps are coated in high-gloss Mineral Grey.

Inside, the ‘Freedom Star’ logo has been added to the front seats, while a new sat-nav system with 16.5-centimetre touch screen with reversing camera and 40GB hard drive (for audio files) has been fitted. The front door armrests and central glove box lid finished in McKinley vinyl upholstery with silver accent stitching, while the door grab handles and air vent rings finished with Quick Silver painted accent inserts, there are also Mopar black slush floor mats (front and rear which replaces carpet floor mats).
