The 2015 Ford Ranger Wildtrak has been spied again with unofficial confirmation that it is indeed the Wildtrak model.

FOLLOWING IMAGES of the 2015 Ford Ranger Wildtrak appearing online earlier this week, Philippines-based website Autoindistriya has published another image and claims to have confirmation from within Ford that the vehicle pictured is indeed the Ranger Wildtrak.

The images were taken while the vehicle was undergoing testing in Thailand and are likely to be from the same batch as the driving shots that surfaced earlier this week. Apparently this parked photo was taken at Auto Alliance Thailand which is one of Ford’s Asia Pacific manufacturing hubs and reportedly the only location in the world producing these pre-production Ford Rangers. Autoindistriya claims this example is one of only five.

While Ford has teased a glimpse of the new Ford Ranger, which will be out later this year, details are very thin on the ground. It’s likely to share a lot with the 2015 Ford Everest as they’re essentially, bar the rear suspension, almost identical under the skin.

We’ll have more information as it comes to hand.
