New 2020 Skoda Superb teased…again…three days until full reveal
The 2020 Skoda Superb and Scout will be revealed in full this weekend at the Ice Hockey World Championship in Slovakia and Skoda has released more teaser images.
Skoda is still keeping details close to its chest when it comes to the new Skoda Superb and Scout and the new teaser video doesn’t tell us much that we didn’t already know. Both the Superb and Scout will be revealed to the world at the Ice Hockey World Championships this weekend.
The refreshed Superb and Scout share their platform with the VW Passat and it’s likely the refreshed vehicles will offer the same petrol-electric drivetrain as the Passat GTE – Skoda has previously said it will ‘electrify’ its range. And, on the inside, it’s likely the Superb will offer things like wireless Apple and Android connectivity and more besides.
What the teaser video confiirms is that the Superb/Scout will retain the traditional Skoda grille design but with the VW Group’s clever Matrix LED headlights and a new-look bumper. It will continue to be offered in both wagon and sedan forms.
