At the back, the tailgate, tail-lights and rear bumper have been redesigned to give the appearance of the vehicle being taller than it is.

Inside, the QX80 has an updated upper instrument panel, plus new door panels, the centre and rear-centre consoles have been redesigned, as have the rear entertainment screens. Seating has also been refreshed.
