The internet has struck again with an Instagram user revealing the front-end of the top-spec 2016 Toyota LandCruiser 200 Series in the Middle East.

TOYOTA HAS HAD a tough run recently with spy shots and smartphone photos capturing its upcoming models in production trim weeks and months ahead of their scheduled reveals. While the front and back of the refreshed 2016 Toyota LandCruiser 200 Series have already been seen in pics, they represent the major external changes to the thing.

But, now Instagram user hamad1two3 has published a pic of what looks like the top-spec 200 Series. We’ve posted a photo of what’s likely to be the mid-spec model for comparison. The major differences are in the treatment of the lower part of the front bumper bar.

According to hamad1two3 this 200 Series shows off the new ‘VX.S’ trim, but that’s a name that’s likely to be changed in Australia to Altitude, or… Apparently this model gets a body kit as well as different wheels.

The 200 Series is expected to be revealed in the next month or so and is likely to go on-sale in Australia next year.
