The 2019 Land Rover Defender won’t be revealed until next year, with the UK car maker teasing its rugged off-roader on social media.
The 2019 Land Rover Defender has been spied testing in the UK in both short and long-wheelbase form and now the UK car maker has teased the thing again. Car makers are using “spy images” in official releases to side-step the Internet and ensure they control the message and you can see that in ‘spy shots’ of the Defender which included a sticker with the hashtag: best4x4ever.
With the latest Evoque revealed, Land Rover is continuing to build hype around the Defender reveal. It’s latest social media post about the new Defender includes the caption, “Do not unwrap until 2019”. You can read more about what we know of the new Defender HERE but what was interesting about the post was that it was shared on Land Rover USA’s Facebook page suggesting, if we’re not reading too much into things, that the Defender could be on its way back to the US.
