The 2019 Ford Everest was updated towards the end of last year (2018) and we’ve just spent a week with the top-spec Titanium variant. Here are the 5 things you need to know about it.

The 2019 Ford Everest received a refresh towards the end of last year and while the minor exterior and interior tweaks will be hard to spot, the addition of the Ranger Raptor’s 2.0-litre four-cylinder bi-turbo diesel and 10-speed automatic transmission are good news.

The new engine is punchier than the faithful 3.2-litre five-cylinder diesel engine but it lacks that engine’s character and the extra grunt can be hard to pick. And while the 10-speed automatic transmission is generally nice and smooth it can be a little slurred in undulating terrain where you’re constantly adjusting the throttle.

Stay tuned for our full written review of the Ford Everest Titanium.
