2016 Ford Mustang GT350 to be turbocharged?
Ford has released its third teaser video in the lead up to the reveal of the 2016 Ford Mustang GT350 at the LA Motor Show, and it might be powered by a twin-turbo V8.
FORD HAS DROPPED the third in its series of five videos in the lead up to the reveal at the LA Motor Show of its new road-and-track-oriented 2016 Mustang GT350. And the third video is giving very little away with the kind-of confusing suggestion the 2016 Mustang GT350, if it’s even going to be called that, might end up being powered by a twin-turbo V8 similar to the Ford Mustang Cobra Jet engine the Blue Oval showed at the 2012 SEMA show.

We do know it’ll get Brembo brakes, Recaro seats, splashes of carbon fibre, be free-revving and lightweight for track use. In the first three videos, Ford has highlighted handling over speed. So, what do we think? Are we looking at the 2016 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350?
It will be a flat plane non turbo 5.2…confirmed
Hi DP, thanks for that. Where did you hear that? Any more information? Cheers Isaac
It’s not confirmed.
