Suzuki Australia is backing all models with a five-year warranty and extended capped-price servicing.

Suzuki Australia has jumped on the five-year warranty wagon, extending its guarantee to five-years, unlimited kilometres, regardless of which service centre looks after the car.

Previously, Suzuki offered a three-year, 100,000km warranty as standard, only providing a five-year warranty when servicing exclusively within the Suzuki dealership network. However, with nearly all mainstream car brands now offering five-year warranties as standard, Suzuki was an outlier with its conditional guarantee.

The move is joined by extended five-year, 100,000km capped-price servicing on all Suzuki models that see service intervals expand from every six-months to every 12 months/10,000km on turbo and 12 months/15,000km on non-turbo models. The increased service savings will mean most cars are unlikely to be serviced outside of the Suzuki network inside the five-year warranty anyway.

The new warranty deal applies to all new and demonstrator cars purchased from October 1, 2019, and is transferable to purchasers.
